Public Testimony of individual Minnesotans and representatives of interested groups or stakeholders are invited to participate and speak to the committee. If you would like to testify, please contact Phil Chen at 651-296-5360 or 800-890-5428 or phil.chen@house.mn. We will continue taking testimony until all members of the public who would like to testify have had the opportunity. We ask that testifiers limit testimony to five minutes.
If you do not have the opportunity to come to Saint Paul, you can send written testimony to me at phil.chen@house.mn or fax it to 651-296-3208. I will distribute all written testimony that I receive.
