An amendment to the Budget Resolution will be considered.

SF2760, the companion to HF3401, will be taken up if referred to committee during the House order of business of "First Reading of Senate Bills"
The language of the HF3401 would then likely be used as a delete-all amendment to the Senate File.

HF1412 (Fabian) has been removed from the agenda
Bills Added:
HF3211 (Hoppe) - Advance deposit wagering authorized, horse racing revenue provided, and money appropriated.
HF3469 (Anderson) - Interference with a body or scene of death crime modified and sentence increased.
HF3401 (Kiel) - Bond-financed property valuation provided, state waysides and forests designated, state forests and parks added to and deleted from, state land sales and exchanges authorized, state land sale and exchange provisions modified, expedited sale of school trust lands and university lands allowed, state reversionary interest release provided, and state rights provided for common interest community.
HF3829 (Urdahl) - Outdoor heritage funding provided, Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council provisions modified, legacy fund provisions modified, prior appropriations modified, and money appropriated.

HF291 (Cornish) - Traffic violations around school buses fine increased, penalties enhanced and minimum fines established for repeat violations of driving without a license, alcohol use by sensory testing service allowed, avian influenza emergency response funding extended, correctional industries revolving fund transfer provided to the general fund, and money appropriated.
