HF3890 (Fabian) - Agriculture commissioner allowed to reimburse a university extension agent for providing the fair market value of destroyed or crippled livestock.
HF2938 (Backer) - Agricultural fertilizer research and education fee, Minnesota Agricultural Fertilizer Research and Education Council, Minnesota Agricultural Fertilizer Research and Education program, and Agricultural Fertilizer Research and Education account extended by 10 years.
HF3442 (Backer) - Quarterly minimum production level for advanced biofuel production incentive payments reduced, options expanded for ingredients allowed to be used in advanced biofuel production to qualify for incentive payments, and minimum production level for renewable chemical production incentive reduced.
HF3374 (Munson) - Noncommercial pesticide applicator license fee reduced.
