HF 1031 (Stephenson) - The DE 9 Amendment to HF 1031 will be the Commerce Omnibus Finance Bill - Governor's budget for Department of Commerce and Public Utilities Commission activities established, commerce and energy policy governing provisions modified, and money appropriated.
Note: HF 1031 serves as the vehicle bill for the Commerce Omnibus Finance Bill, the text of which is encompassed in the DE 9 amendment.
