HF2438 the current governor transportation finance bill will be substituted
with a delete all amendment.
This hearing will be an overview of the agreed to language in the delete all amendment.
House Research and House Fiscal Staff will walk through the amendment and the spreadsheet.
Language for the delete all amendment will be posted on this site and sent out to the listserv sometime on Thursday April 10th. Agency and public testimony will be heard as well as the markup and passing out the amended HF2438 out of committee will occur on Friday April 11th starting in a hearing in Capitol G3 hearing room from 9am to noon.
Any amendments are due by 8am on Friday March 11th so they can copied and processed for the hearing. Send any amendments or requests to testify to Matt.Baumann@house.mn.gov and joe.marble@house.mn.gov Testimony will be limited.
