The Taxes Committee will meet at 4 PM or (15 Minutes After the Late Afternoon Session, whichever is later).

Agenda:

HF2438 (Koznick) Transportation budget bill; Department of Transportation, Department of Public Safety, and Metropolitan Council activities funding provided; and money appropriated. (Pending Re-Referral)

Items may be added to the agenda. Public testifiers should email their full name, organization (if applicable) and preferred title to the DFL Committee Administrator (Patrick.McQuillan@house.mn.gov) and the DFL CLA (Shamat Abraha Shamat.Abraha@house.mn.gov) by 10:00 AM on Monday, April 21st. Materials to be distributed to the Committee members are also due by 10:00 AM on Monday, April 21st. Please let us know what issues (including article/sections) of the bill you wish to testify on. Please note: submitted written testimony is public and will be included in the official committee record. It may be posted to the committee webpage if received by deadline. Testimony may be limited to two minutes per testifier. Testifiers may participate remotely at the Chair’s discretion.
