MINUTES
Representative Greg Davids, Chair of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee, called the fifth meeting to order at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Chair Davids welcomed the audience and provided a brief overview of the agenda for today.
HF466 (Otremba) Grain storage and general merchandise storage warehouse licensing rulemaking authorized
Rep. Otremba presented HF466.
A quorum was present at 2:33 p.m.
Rep. Juhnke moved approval of the minutes: Tuesday, February 1, 2005. The motion prevailed.
Chair Davids announced it was “Agriculture Week” at the Capitol and encouraged Members to visit the exhibits and booths at the Capitol.
Rep. Otremba moved HF466
Rep. Otremba moved to amend HF466 with the A05-0017 delete everything amendment (please see attached). The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Otremba renewed her motion that HF466 be recommended to pass, as amended, and be placed on the General Register. The motion prevailed.
HF223 (Davids) Ethanol minimum content in gasoline increased.
