MINUTES
Representative Greg Davids, Chair of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee, called the fourteenth meeting to order at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 08, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

HF1389 (Gunther) County agricultural society exemption from local zoning ordinances clarified
Rep. Gunther presented HF1389.
A quorum was present at 2:32 p.m.
Rep. Hamilton moved approval of the minutes: Wednesday, March 3, 2005. The motion prevailed.

Chair Davids renewed his motion that HF1389 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register. The motion prevailed.
Chair Davids announced the agenda and noted possible room change for tomorrow’s joint hearing. He also noted the agenda for next week’s hearings.
HF560 (Hamilton) State policy on minimizing energy use and requiring renewable fuels clarified.
