Representative Dennis Ozment, of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the twenty seventh meeting to order on Tuesday, March 15, 2005,
at 8:23 a.m.

Representative Penas moved to approve minutes of March 10, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Ozment moved HF796 before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.
Representative Heidgerken. presented HF796.
Rep. Ozment moved to amend HF 796 as follows:
Page 1, line 10 - insert after Force "and programs"
MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Ozment moved that HF 796 pass, as amended, and be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus finance bill.

Representative Ozment moved HF824 before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.
