Representative Dennis Ozment, of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the thirty-third meeting to order on Thursday March 31, 2005, at 8:35 a.m.

Representative Magnus moved to approve minutes of March 30, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Dill moved HF 749 before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.
Testifying on HF 749 was:
Keith Nelson, St. Louis County Commissioner.
HF 749 was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus finance bill.
Representative Urdahl moved HF 1205 before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.
Representative Urdahl moved adoption of Amendment H1205A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Testifying on HF 1205 was:

Representative Garofalo moved to amend HF 1044 as follows:
