Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the thirty-eighth meeting to order on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at
8:25 a.m.

Representative Penas moved to approve minutes of April 13, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 826, as amended, before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. Clean Water Legacy Act established providing authority, direction, and funding to achieve and maintain water quality standards for surface waters in accordance with the federal Clean Water Act, and money appropriated.
