MINUTES
Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the House Agriculture, Environment & Natural Resources Finance Committee, called the sixty-second meeting to order at 8:20 A.M. on Tuesday, March 28, 2006, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative HOPPE moved the minutes of the March 23, 2006 meeting be approved as prepared by the clerk. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair OZMENT recognized Representative Tingelstad to give an overview of the Governor’s LCMR supplemental budget provision’s for the Committee.

On line 1.7 delete $450,000 and insert $550,000 THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair OZMENT laid HF3605 over as amended for possible inclusion in the Committee omnibus finance bill.
Chair OZMENT moved HF3748 (Nelson, P)
Chair OZMENT moved adoption of the AO6-1382 delete everything amendment to HF3746. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
