MINUTES
Representative Dan Dorman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the twelfth meeting to order at 2:50pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Presentation of Governor Pawlenty’s bonding recommendations.

Representative Hausman assumed the gavel at 2:55pm.
Representative Dorman moved that HF2623 be recommended to pass to the General Register.

Representative Dorman renewed the motion that HF2623 be recommended to pass to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Dorman assumed the gavel at 2:57pm.
Continued Presentation of Governor Pawlenty’s bonding recommendations.
Representative McNamara assumed the gavel at 3:45pm.
Representative Dorman moved to reconsider the previous vote on HF2623. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Dorman moved that HF2623 be recommended to pass to the General Register.
Representative Dorman moved to amend HF2623 as follows:
Page 2, line 2.31, after “cumulatively” insert “is for grants”
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Dorman renewed the motion that HF2623 be recommended to pass as amended to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Dorman assumed the gavel at 4:00pm.

Representative Kahn moved the approval of the 4/28/05 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
