Representative Buesgens, Chair of the Education Policy and Reform Committee, called the thirty-second meeting to order at 9:30AM on Friday, March 24, 2006, in Room 300South of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Clerk noted the roll.

HF3759 (Urdahl): School bus equipment standards updated, discipline policies and cost data clarified, and license standards modified.

Rep. Buesgens moved that HF3759 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Transportation Policy.
