MINUTES
Representative Tom Hackbarth, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the Sixth meeting to order at 12:38 p.m. on February 10, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

12:39:00 PM Rep.Welti moved the adoption of the minutes of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee dated February 8, 2005.

12:39:43 PM HF 417 (Hackbarth) Hunting and fishing license and permit lottery preference authorized for military service members and veterans.
Rep. Hackbarth moved that HF 417 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee of Government Operations.
12:40:23 PM Rep. Hackbarth offered an oral amendment stated by John Helland of House Research to read as follows:
