Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the sixth meeting to order at 10:21 am on Thursday, January 27, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Lloyd Cybart moved the approval of the minutes of Tuesday, January 25, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sheldon Johnson moved that HF229 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.
Representative Lynn Wardlow moved the H229A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDEMNT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Lynn Wardlow moved the H229A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
