Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 10:20 am on Tuesday, February 08, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

10:21:39 AM Representative Sheldon Johnson moved the approval of the minutes of Thursday, February 3, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
10:22:39 AM Representative Seifert moved that HF116 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.
