MINUTES
Representative Fran Bradley, Chair of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

HF1555 (Powell) Minnesota Emergency Health Powers Act and authority of out-of-state license holders modified.
Rep. Powell moved HF 1555 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Policy.
Rep. Powell presented HF 1555.

infected with a communicable disease
Rep. Abeler moved HF 1507 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Elections
Rep. Abeler moved to amend HF 1507 (see Amendment A05-0262 attached).
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Abeler renewed his motion that HF 1507, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and elections.

HF1406 (Zellers) Criminal sexual conduct life without release sentences provided, maximum
sentences increased, Sex Offender Review Board established, sentencing guidelines modified,
and predatory offender registration and notification requirements modified.
Rep. Bradley moved HF 1406 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Elections.
Rep. Bradley moved to amend HF 1406 (see Amendment H1406A9 attached).
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
