MINUTES
Representative Brad Finstad, Vice Chair of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirty-seventh meeting to order at 10:22 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2005 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

HF2020 (Heidgerken) Stearns, Sherburne, and Benton County nursing facilities reimbursement rates increased.
Rep. Heidgerken presented HF 2020.
Rep. Finstad moved HF 2020 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Policy & Finance omnibus bill.

Rep. Finstad moved to amend HF 1078 (see Amendment H1078A1 attached).
