Representative Tom Huntley, Chair of the Licensing Subcommittee, called the second meeting to order at 4:50 p.m. on March 21, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

HF 1918 (Finstad) Physical therapist assistant, aide, and student definitions provided; license provisions modified; and penalties provided;

Rep. Finstad moved HF 1918 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Full Committee on Health Policy and Finance.

Rep. Finstad moved to amend HF 1918 (see Amendment H1918A1 attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
