MINUTES
Representative Matt Dean of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the sixty-sixth meeting to order at 10:06 a.m. on Monday, April 10, 2006 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

HF 3697 (Amendment A06-1487, Delete Everything Amendment) (Bradley) Health and human services supplemental appropriations, transfers, and reductions provided; programs established and regulated; studies and reports required; and money appropriated;
Rep. Bradley presented a walk through of the amendment.
Rep. Eken moved approval of the minutes of April 4 2006. THE MOTION PREVAILED. The minutes were approved.
The Chair called a recess at 10:40 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
At 5:58 p.m., Vice Chair Brad Finstad reconvened the meeting.
