Representative Bud Nornes, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education, called the seventeenth meeting to order at 12:36 PM on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, in Room 300S of the State Office Building.

12:37:57 PM HF566 (Cox) In-state tuition rate regulations provided for students attending state universities and colleges including the University of Minnesota.
12:38:17 PM Rep. Cox moved HF566.
12:38:29 PM Rep Cox moved adoption of Amendment H566DE1. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
12:39:26 PM Rep. Cox moved adoption of Amendment H0566A1. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
12:41:20 PM Rep. Cox presented his bill.
