Representative Mark Olson, Chair of the Local Government Committee, called the eleventh meeting to order at 12:32 P.M. on Wednesday, February 21, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

CORNISH, Tony moved the Minutes of February 14, 2005 be approved as prepared by the Clerk. THE MOTION PREVAILED
HF0702 (Gazelka) Crow Wing County sewer district and commission authorized.
OLSON, Mark moved HF0702 be recommended to pass.
The following provided testimony on and responded to the Committee’s questions regarding HF0702:

OLSON, Mark moved SF0262 be recommended to pass and be placed on the Consent Calendar.

OLSON, Mark moved that HF0358 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Jobs and Economic Opportunity Policy and Finance.
OLSON, Mark moved to recommend that HF0358 be amended as follows:
