Representative Steve Smith, Chair of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirtieth meeting to order at 10:17 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Rep. Cornish moved HF1149 (Cornish) relating to criminal justice agencies authorized as only agencies permitted to submit and obtain data from the distinctive physical mark identification program.
