Rep. Torrey Westrom, Chair, called the seventh meeting to order at 2:40 p.m. on February 16, 2005 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Anderson, I. moved approval of the minutes for February 15, 2005.
The motion prevailed.
Rep. Westrom moved the following bills be referred to the Liquor Subcommittee: HF 236, 559, 605, 687, 805, 877 and 1083.
HF 218 (Cornish) relating to energy; extending eligibility to receive the renewable energy production incentive under certain circumstances
Rep. Beard moved HO218DE2, the delete-all amendment to HF 218.
The motion prevailed.
Rep. Beard accepted the H0218-A8 amendment to the DE2 delete-all amendment as an author’s amendment.
Rep. Beard renewed the motion that the DE2 amendment, as amended, be adopted.
The motion prevailed.

Rep. Westrom renewed the motion that the A0218-A6 amendment, as amended, be adopted.

Rep. Erickson moved the bill and recommended it be passed and re-referred to the Jobs & Economic Opportunity Policy/Finance Committee.
