COMMITTEE ON RULES AND LEGISLATIVE ADMINISTRATION
MINUTES
Representative Erik Paulsen, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the first meeting of the first special session of 2005 to order at 11:54 A.M. on Thursday, May 26, 2005, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
The first matter under consideration was the Resolution on Special Session Per Diem and Lodging (2005-R11).
Rep. Paulsen moved that the 2005-R11 resolution be adopted with line 5 being removed because of duplicate language.

Paul Schweizer, House Controller, explained the 2005-R11 resolution.

Rep. Paulsen renewed his motion that the 2005-R11 resolution be adopted.
The MOTION PREVAILED; THE RESOLUTION ON SPECIAL SESSION PER DIEM AND LODGING (2005-R11) WAS ADOPTED.
The second matter under consideration was the Resolution on Special Session Procedures (2005-R10).
Rep. Paulsen moved that the 2005-R10 resolution be adopted.
Rep. Paulsen explained the R10 resolution.

Rep. Paulsen renewed the motion that the 2005-R10 resolution be adopted.
The MOTION PREVAILED; THE RESOLUTION ON SPECIAL SESSION PROCEDURES (2005-R10) WAS ADOPTED.
