MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the first meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Minnesota Department of Administration gave an overview of the Department, an outline of its “Drive to Excellence” program and a brief description of the Ford Building, located at 117 University Avenue; St. Paul, MN.
