MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the nineteenth meeting to order at 8:25 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
The Department of Administration continued its discussion on agency location and lease rates (including relocation costs), state contracting and procurement, Capitol Complex Parking, surplus property and real estate and Faith Based Initiatives.

At 9:45 a.m. Vice-Chair Peppin assumed the gavel.
Representative Seifert moved HF658 for consideration.

Chair Peppin laid over HF658 for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance Omnibus Bill.
