MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chairman Krinkie moved HF 248 to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Testifying was:

Chairman Krinkie moved the amendment labeled HO248A2 to be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chairman Krinkie renewed his motion that HF 248 be passed and re-referred, as amended, to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chairman Krinkie asked the Department of Revenue to continue testimony on its technical, policy and housekeeping bill, HF 657. Chairman Krinkie noted that there would be no official action taken on HF 657 at this time.
