Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 5:57 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chairman Krinkie moved HF 785. Chair Krinkie moved that the amendment labeled A05-0792 be adopted and incorporated into HF 785.
Chairman Krinkie asked staff to present the amendment labeled A05-0792 to the committee.
