MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the twenty-first meeting to order at 10:27 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chairman Krinkie asked the Minnesota Realtors to make a presentation to the committee on the wealth effects of housing based on research from the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard and the National Association of Realtors.
