MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the thirty-second meeting to order at 1:15 PM on Monday, May 16, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chair Krinkie moved HF 2482 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Rep. Gunther requested HF 2482 be heard the following day on May 17, 2005.
The Chair withdrew his motion.
Rep. Davids moved the minutes of 4/12/05, 4/20/05, 4/27/05, 4/28/05, 5/2/05, 5/3/05, and 5/13/05 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Abrams moved HF 2228 be recommended to pass to the General Register.
Testifying to HF 2228 was:
Jack Manson, Department of Revenue
Cecilia Morrow, Department of Revenue
Rep. Abrams renewed his motion that HF 2228 pass to the General Register.
