MINUTES
Representative Ray Vandeveer, Chairman of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the twelfth meeting to order at 10:21 AM on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
HF 0180 (Rep. Paymar). Limited market value law made permanent.
HF 1584 (Rep. Mullery). Limited market value provisions extended for five additional years for certain property, different value maximum increases provided, and certain property exempted from the limitation.
HF 1900 (Rep. Lanning). Limited market value extended for two additional years.
HF 0890 (Rep. Vandeveer). Limited market value provisions extended to all property, limited market value made permanent and separate limitation provided to certain property that is sold or transferred.
Chair Vandeveer moved HF 0180, HF 0890, HF1584, and HF1900 for possible inclusion in the Division Report.
Rep. Paymar presented HF 0180.
