Representative Ron Erhardt, Chairman of the Transportation Policy Committee, called the Sixth meeting to order at 2:35 PM on Tuesday, February 2, 2005, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Newman moved approval of the minutes: February 1, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chairman Erhardt announced Rep. Ruth will be added to the Subcommittee on Aviation and Rep. Gazelka removed from the Subcommittee on Aviation.
Chairman Erhardt moved adoption of HF255(Lanning) for possible inclusion in Omnibus Transportation bill.
Rep. Lanning presented HF255.

Chairman Erhardt moved adoption of HF254(Heidgerken) for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation bill.

Chairman Erhardt laid over HF254(Heidgerken) for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation bill.
Chairman Erhardt moved adoption of HF277(Eken) for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation bill.
Rep. Eken presented HF277.

Chairman Erhardt laid over HF277(Eken)for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation bill.
Rep. Larson moved adoption of HF298(Peterson,N) and recommends it be placed on the General Register.
Rep. Larson moved adoption of the A05-0019 amendment to HF298. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Larson renewed his motion to approve HF298(Peterson,N.) as amended and that it be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep Larson moved adoption of HF59(Hilty) for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation bill.
Rep. Larson moved adoption of the H0059DE1 amendment to HF59. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Hilty presented HF59 as amended.
Presenting testimony in support of HF59 was:
