Representative Ron Erhardt, Chairman of the Transportation Policy Committee, called the Twenty-Fifth meeting to order at 9:10 AM on Tuesday, February 7, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Ruth moved approval of the April 20, 2005 and November 1, 2005 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Carol Lovro, Association of Minnesota Counties, provided the introduction to the Freight Movement in Minnesota video produced by MnDOT.
