Representative Ron Erhardt, Chairman of the Transportation Policy Committee, called the Thirty-Third meeting to order at 2:35 PM on Tuesday, April 4, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Fritz moved approval of the March 29, 2006 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Erhardt moved approval of HF3503(Erhardt) Bicycle operators and passengers under the age of 18 required to wear helmets, and standard for helmets updated, and recommended when approved it be placed on the General Register.
Rep. Erhardt presented HF3503.

Rep. Nelson moved approval of HF3991(Dempsey) Mississippi River Parkway Commission extended to 2016, and recommended it be re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.
