MINUTES


Representative Mary Liz Holberg, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the Eleventh meeting to order at 12:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, in
Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Hornstein moved approval of the February 22, 2005 Transportation Finance Committee Meeting Minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF1353 (Beard) Motor fuel tax rates increased, county and city transportation fees
and taxes authorized, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Lieder moved HF1353 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Transportation Finance Omnibus Bill.

Representative Beard presented HF1363.

Representative Lieder renewed his motion that HF1353 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Transportation Finance Omnibus Bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Ruth, Vice Chair assumed the gavel at 1:21.

Vice Chair Ruth adjourned the meeting at 1:32 P.M.
