Representative Ruth, Vice Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the Thirty-First meeting to order at 12:33 P.M. on Thursday March 30, 2006, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Holberg moved approval of the March 28, 2006 Transportation Finance Committee Meeting Minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF3202 (Westerberg) State land conveyed and state highway system routes removed.
Representative Holberg moved HF3202 be passed and re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Magnus moved Amendment H3202A2 (see attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Holberg moved Amendment H3202A1 (see attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Westerberg presented HF3202.

the Transportation Finance Committee Omnibus Bill.
