Representative Jerry Dempsey, Vice Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, began the sixth meeting at 12:31 p.m. on Monday, February 7, 2005 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

12:32:10 PM Peter Sausen, Assistant Commissioner, MN Department of Finance and Lee Mehrkens, Senior Executive Budget Director, MN Department of Finance, presented a Debt Management overview.
12:45:01 PM Representative Dempsey called the meeting officially to order. A quorum was present.
12:45:30 PM Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of 1/31/05 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
12:57:32 PM Representative Knoblach assumed gavel
1:45:21 PM Doug Berg, House Fiscal Analyst, presented a Higher Education overview.
2:09:40 PM Representative Knoblach adjourned the meeting.
