12:44:15 PM Representative Hamilton moved that HF1521, first engrossment, be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register.
12:48:24 PM Representative Hamilton and John Schwltz, Executive Secretary, Board of Electricity, testified on HF1521.

Representative Peterson and Ed Robinson, Department of Administration, Energy Management Division, testified on HF1964.

HF814 (Cornish) Public land sales and conveyances provided in specified counties, Itasca land acquisition authorized, scientific and natural areas land use provisions modified, and Mississippi River Recreational Land Use District lands deleted.
