Representative Jim Knoblach, Chair, called the thirty-second meeting to order at 12:34 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2006 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

12:34:53 PM Representative Knoblach began the meeting. A quorum was not present.
12:35:57 PM Peggy Ingison, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Finance, and Jim Schowalter, Minnesota Department of Finance, Budget Director, presented an overview of the Governors
Supplemental Budget.
12:42:15 PM Representative Knoblach officially called the meeting to order. A quorum was present
12:42:22 PM Representative McNamara moved the approval of minutes of March 2, 2006. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3522 (Knoblach) Prekindergarten through grade 12, early childhood, family, adult education, and human services programs forecast adjustments provided, human services savings implemented, and money appropriated.
12:42:50 PM Representative Knoblach moved that HF3522, first engrossment, be recommended to pass and be moved to the General Register.
12:43:28 PM Representative Knoblach moved the A06-1193 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
12:45:21 PM Representative Knoblach moved that HF3522, first engrossment, as amended, be recommended to pass. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
12:48:40 PM Commissioner Peggy Ingison continued her testimony
