Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:03 P.M. on February 13, 2007, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Paulsen moved that the minutes of February 6, 2007, as corrected, and the minutes of February 8, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 271 (Haws) Lawful purpose gambling expenditures modified to include licensed fraternal organizations
Representative Atkins moved HF 271.

A07-0050 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.

Representative Atkins moved HF 122
Representative Rukavina testified on HF 122.
Representative Atkins moved that HF 122 be recommended to pass and placed on the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 532 (Winkler) Military personnel utility and other contracts regulated, and cancellations authorized
Representative Davnie moved to adopt the division report on HF 532
Representative Davnie moved that HF 532 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Energy Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
