Representative Paulsen moved to orally amend HF 512 as follows: delete subd. 5. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Simpson moved to orally amend HF 512 as follows: delete L 2.12 and L 2.13.
Representative Simpson withdrew his amendment.
Representative Atkins moved that HF 512, as amended, be recommended to pass. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
