MINUTES

Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:08 P.M. on April 25, 2008, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Zellers moved that the minutes of April 8, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Examination of proposed sale of Northwest Airlines to Delta and its impact on Minnesota commerce and jobs.
