Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Division, called the ninth meeting to order at 10:08 A.M. on, March 9, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davnie called the meeting to order at 10:08 A.M. A quorum was present.
HF0215 (Rukavina) No-fault auto insurance benefit terminations and denials regulated.
Representative Davnie moved approval of HF215 to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Labor committee.

Representative Davnie moved HF215 recommend to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Labor committee.
The motion prevailed.
Representative Shimanski moved approval of the March 5, 2007 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE ADOPTED.

HF0387 (Clark) Predatory lending practices regulated, and remedies and criminal penalties provided.
HF0931 (Mullery) Predatory mortgage lending practices prohibited, and civil and criminal penalties imposed.
HF1004 (Davnie) Predatory mortgage lending practices prohibited.
Handout was given to division members, "Minnesota Attorney General's Fact Sheet".
