Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:06 P.M. on Tuesday, February 27th, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative McNamara moved approval of the minutes of February 22nd, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF 790 (Moe) Minnesota Public Facilities Authority Act provisions modified, technical and housekeeping changes made, and Pollution Control Agency project priority rule modified.
Representative Moe moved that HF 790 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Government Operations, Reform, Technology, and Elections.

HF 719 (Dill) Lake County; temporary suspension of tax-forfeited lands proceeds provided to reimburse county for purchase of Clair A. Nelson Memorial Forest land.

HF 1449 (Hansen) Natural resources and clean water purposes dedicated funding provided, sales tax increased, funds and council established, bonds issued, and constitutional amendment proposed.
