Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:25 P.M. on Thursday, March 6th, 2008, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McNamara moved approval of the minutes of March 4th, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
Representative Dill moved adoption of the committee reports for HF 3328, HF 3547, HF 3032, HF 3280, and HF 3550.

HF 3328 (Anzelc) Minnesota forests for the future program created.
Representative Dill moved HF 3328, 1st Committee Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations.
Representative Tom Anzelc testified on HF 3328.

Representative Hackbarth moved and oral amendment to the

On line 1.5 after "resources" insert ", in consultation with the National Wild Turkey Federation".

Delete Section 14.
