MINUTES
Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:21 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2007, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Rep. Wagenius moved approval of the minutes from the meeting of Tuesday, February 13, 2007. MOTION PREVAILED THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED
Department of Employment and Economic Development overview of Public Facilities Authority (PFA) wastewater/water infrastructure programs. Presentation by:
- Terry Kuhlman, Executive Director, MN Public Facilities Authority
- Craig Johnson, Intergovernmental Relations, League of Minnesota Cities
- Louie Jambois, Executive Director, Association of Metropolitan Cities
House File 109 (Fritz) - relating to capital improvements; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds; appropriating money for street and sewer improvements in Blooming Prairie.
The Chair moved that HF 109 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Capital Investment Finance bill.

The Chair laid over H.F. 109 for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Capital Investment Bill.
