Representative Bev Scalze, Vice Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:22 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2007, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

HF 886 (Hausman) Capital improvements funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated - Omnibus Capital Investment Finance bill.
