MINUTES
Representative Nora Slawik, Chair of the Early Childhood Learning Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 4:07 pm on Thursday, February 28, 2008, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Nornes moved that the minutes from Tuesday, February 26, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Fritz moved that HF 3197 (Fritz) Child care licensure requirement modified, be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Early Childhood Learning Finance Division bill.

Representative E. Murphy moved that HF 2976 (Murphy, E.) Childcare assistance reimbursement rates modified, be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Early Childhood Learning Finance Division bill.
